Tri-State EyeCare Associates is proud of the doctors and staff that put forth the effort everyday to bring quality eyecare and optical goods to the residents of New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Even though our business and practice of optometry is relatively new to the area, the staff and doctors have been delivering care to the people of this area for many years.

The responsibility of your eyes is not a contract the doctors and staff enter into lightly. Please feel comfortable asking any member of the staff even the simplest of questions regarding the health of your eyes and the quality of your eyewear. We are here to serve YOU.

Dr. Justin Catando, Optometrist
Dr. Chris Zupsic, Optometrist

Dr. Justin Catando

Dr. Catando rears from the Atlantic City area which landed him at The State College of New Jersey, formerly known as Trenton State College. After graduating with a degree in chemistry and a minor in physics, Dr. Catando proceeded to matriculate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, located in Philadelphia. He received a doctorate of optometry in 1997, but not before receiving clinical honors for outstanding patient care, and the prestigious Marchon Practice Management Award as chosen by the esteemed staff of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Dr. Chris Zupsic

Dr. Zupsic calls the Pittsburgh area home, and didn't stray far for his undergraduate education. Attending the University of Pittsburgh, he was awarded a bachelor of science in microbiology while minoring in chemistry. Dr. Zupsic received his doctorate of optometry with clinical honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1997.
